Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling of Booked Appointments Policy:-

Cancellation Policy:-

  •     Cancellation by the Client:

    •     Clients may cancel their booked appointments at any time before the scheduled appointment time.

    •     To cancel an appointment, clients must notify us by email, phone, or through our designated booking platform.

    •     Cancellations made at least one hours before the appointment time will be eligible for a refund as per the terms outlined below.

    •     Cancellations made within or after the  hours of the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.

  •     Cancellation by the Service Provider:

    •     In the rare event that we need to cancel a client's appointment for reasons beyond our control (e.g., staff unavailability, facility issues), we will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a convenient time for the client.

    •     If rescheduling is not possible or if the client prefers a refund, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds Policy:-

  •     Refunds for Cancellations:

    •     Clients are eligible for a refund if they cancel their appointment at least one hours before the scheduled appointment time.

    •     Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-4 business days from the date of cancellation request.

    •     Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking the appointment.

  •     No Refunds for Appointments in Progress:

    •     Once the scheduled appointment time begins, no refunds will be provided regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

Rescheduling Policy:-

  •     Rescheduling by the Client:

    •     Clients may request to reschedule their appointments at any time before the scheduled appointment time.

    •     To reschedule an appointment, clients must notify us by email or phone, or through our designated booking platform.

    •     We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

    •     Rescheduling requests made within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

  •     Rescheduling by the Service Provider:

    •     In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule a client's appointment, we will notify the client as soon as possible.

    •     We will work with the client to find a suitable alternative appointment time.
